• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack the system, exploit bugs, or manipulate outcomes.
• Manipulating the system by collaborating with other members to place bets.
• Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Ck game may temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Failure to submit KYC documents.
• Remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If self-exclusion is requested by the account holder.

You can also request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. A maintenance fee of up to 1% per month may apply to the balance remaining in inactive accounts.
